“Hey, Cuz’, what’s up? I graduated to a sippy-cup! You’ll do the same very soon; Then we’ll start to use a spoon!
Ain’t this life an amazin’ trip? Soon we’ll be eatin’ chips & dip! We’ll even find that’s it real dandy, When can eat choclolate candy!
Hang in there, Cuz’, and soon you’ll find, That wearing diapers is a grind! It will be such a relief, When we can wear a big-boy’s brief!
We’re lucky to have great Moms and Dads. Yeah, we’re very lucky little lads! One day we’ll grow into two big teens, Then we’ll be wearin’ tees ‘n’ jeans!”

Thanks, Fion, for the comment! I appreciate your input. I did write it about two of my youngest grandsons, who are cousins and only a few months apart. The older one is now walking. I used it on a scrapbook page I did for them.

So cute by: Fion
Hi Mary, thanks for sharing this very light-hearted and cute little poem that brings smiles to people's faces! I could imagine the bigger boy telling his baby cousin their happy future together.
