For Crying Out Loud - Visitor's Poem

Feelings, sensations looming
The first flickering of emotion
Cheeks uplifting into our eyes
Inciting that breath
Out of the stomach it gulps
Through the nose unrestrained
Vocal cords echoing in our ears
Uncontrollable is our frame
Shaking up and down
Tears flow out of us
Flooding into an outburst
Rolling down our cheeks
Purifying our body
So thankful to those
Who make us shed
Such tears of laughter
And for giving ourselves permission
