No one is immune to emotional pain. We as humans are easily offended. I have been praying recently to the Lord to help heal my heart! This is because I have come to understand that unresolved emotional pain keeps us trapped in darkness and separates us from God. Your poem has blessed me and comforted me.

That is beautiful. My boyfriend broke up with me two months ago and I am crushed. I thought we was the one for me. We dated for a year and a half. I was expecting a ring soon but instead out of the blue, he ended out relationship. I have a million questions that I know will never get answered. The pain is so great at times I feel like I can't take it.
I have always believed in God but haven't went to church since I was a kid. When my ex broke up with me, I turned to God. I had nowhere else to go. He has helped me immensely and I feel like I am a different person. I'm still very sad and confused but I know God is by my side.
