I have more or less could relate to what you've been through- a relationship with an abusive person. I do not exactly think of dying but running out of this miserable situation is one thought that keeps on lingering but I just can't get myself to do right now. I really feel stuck. But I think coming across your "Home of my Heart" seem to be a divine inspiration. Now the thought "anything is possible" keeps on popping out. Thank you for putting in writing what I cannot put into words, giving me such a clear perspective on what I owe to myself.

Hi Sabine, wonderful story I can kinda relate to it, I am still only young but I don't really feel like home where I am now, but I recently went to Spain to visit my dad and I finally got to meet some of my 7 brothers and sister out there :) , and when I was out there it just felt right, I loved it I was out there for a month, yes it also had its ups and downs but what don't! And since I've come back everything has only gotten worse, I was going through bad times before I went out there and when I got back it wasn't any better, now I am depressed! Anyway my dream is to move out there one day, get to meet all my family, get a job working with animals out there and also I want a night job in a pub/club (when I visited I had a pub job and loved it), but I feel like everything is holding me back and I thought dreams couldn't come true but... wow that story kinda changed my mind! :D Thank you! It gave me that lil' bit of hope.

I too have a dream by: Anonymous
Thank you Sabine for the wonderful story... I once had a dream and then for many years forgot about it...then I went through and am still overcoming a difficult period in my life and suddenly I saw this dream (not literally but it just came back into my thoughts) I think a cottage by the beach with my husband by my side and children.... Reality check... I have a husband but no kids yet and I live in a city which is hundreds of miles away from the sea... Don't know what to make out of it!

Wow, incredible by: Rens
I can really relate to your story Sabine. I'm in a quite difficult period in my life right now (I'm 24), primarily because of my health, sometimes becoming quite depressed, feeling caged, stuck etc. However I also hold a vision like yours, living in the mountains, somewhere in a place like Switzerland (or at least that what it looks like), near a calm lake, living in a not too large of a hut with my wife, and maybe a child. Living in peace, outer as well as inner, and having a deep and fulfilling life.
Your story does give me hope, thank you :-)
P.S. Toevallig ook Nederlands ;-)

Inspirations by: Sabine
I thought about writing "Home of My Heart" for a long time. Now I finally did it. Writing it, I wanted to remind myself of the power of thought and visualization, the miracles in life, the love of the Universe. But above all else, I wanted to inspire, empower and strengthen the beliefs of others by telling them about one of the miracles in my life. This brings me more joy than words can say. May you be blessed with everything your heart desires.

The Universal Flow by: Karr
Everything in life happens at exactly the right time for exactly the right reason. Our purpose is acceptance of all that is. Life is so much more rewarding seeking the good and the value in all of our experiences, good or bad. Another unavoidable aspect of life is that everything has a price, especially the decisions we make or don't make. The two forces work hand in hand to create who we are today. Who will you be tomorrow? Isn't that an exciting thought?
