For the sake of the one you love. For their happiness... For their freedom...

Once there was a man who never felt joy and love. The man met the goddess of beauty. He fell deeply in love with the goddess, for she taught him to smile and to cherish. They both felt incredibly happy being together, not thinking about the danger of their differences.

One day, the man proposed to the goddess, saying "I, a man of doubt, sadness and incompleteness, accompanied by such love given by you... never a day that I imagined to be here, happy with you, but here I am now, overflowing with happiness and contentment. I, a man without anything to give, would like to give you my everything, my life and my soul, for you recreated me..." The goddess felt rejoiced as she too felt the same way. They both have their undying love for each other.

The day came where their love must face a great trial, the goddess will be sent to hell because of what she had done. She will also be thrown away by her family and will forever be alone... The goddess said to the man, "I will forever be happy living in hell and prove my love to you, than to be in heaven without the thought of loving you." Time passed, and the day of punishment is near...

Then the day came, but the man surprisingly left the goddess, and left a letter. "I never dreamed of being a man of love and happiness. You in my life is a waste of time."

The goddess cried and suffered in pain.. Her punishment was removed because she is no longer in love with a mortal. She continued living her life as a goddess, and became the most beautiful light in the sky.

The man? He is... in hell, alone, but is never sorry for what he had done.

For he took the punishment for the goddess, chose to be alone forever, and never let her be in pain again.
